After every job, do a short debrief.
- Delivery & result check
When the facade dries, the observer checks from bottom to top: missed areas, streaking, runoff marks, dirty water residue. If residue remains, check whether foam dwell time was too short, or the final rinse wasn’t thorough enough.
Take “Before/After” photos from the same angles—at least 3 sets per side: wide / mid / detail.
Confirm acceptance criteria with the client/property: cleanliness level, water-spot requirement, any rewash needed.
- Data logging
Record total water used, number of batteries consumed, and total cleaned area.
Suggested job log fields:
- Project: location / building height / facade material / contamination type / weather & wind
- Parameters: nozzle angle, pressure level, flow rate, standoff distance, flight speed, mode (manual / AB / auto area)
- Output: total area (m²), total duration, total flights, average efficiency (m²/h), water use / chemical use
- Battery: packs used, cycle count / depth of discharge, any voltage or temperature anomalies
- Safety review Any near-misses: almost hit facade, hose snag, weak signal, strong wind swing, pedestrians entering the zone—write down the cause clearly. List today’s risks and improvements: tighter perimeter, adjust takeoff point, add one more ground crew, shorten operating radius.
- Equipment status loop If you see abnormal warnings, export logs and capture screenshots immediately for remote diagnosis. Track consumables: props, nozzles, filters, hose wear points—record “replace needed / estimated time.” Pump: flush and drain, clean filter, log hours and follow maintenance cycle (first 50h oil change, then every 100h).
- Send a Daily Job Brief to the client Include: before/after photos + area/water/time + safety measures + next-step recommendation. Ask for one short testimonial for case studies and social media—and schedule the next maintenance cycle.
