The All-in-One Drone Solution for Total Exterior Cleaning

How the EAUAV Vertex C80’s dual-payload system allows professional cleaning companies to offer a complete, top-to-bottom exterior cleaning service for residential and commercial properties

The Client & The Challenge

Client: A Villa Café

Location: Hangzhou, China

Project: A comprehensive exterior cleaning demonstration on a villa, covering both the roof and vertical facades.

For professional exterior cleaning companies, especially in the US and European markets, clients increasingly demand a single, comprehensive solution for their entire property. This means having the capability to clean not just the walls and windows, but also the roof, which often requires different techniques and equipment. The challenge is to provide this «total clean» service efficiently, safely, and without the need for multiple, disparate systems.

The EAUAV Solution: One System, Two Functions, Total Clean

This project in Hangzhou was a perfect demonstration of the EAUAV Vertex C80‘s versatility. By leveraging its modular payload system, we showcased how a single drone can perform a complete, top-to-bottom exterior clean.

Roof Soft Washing: We first equipped the drone with the specialized downward-spraying payload. This allows for a controlled, low-pressure, high-volume «soft wash»—the industry-standard method for safely cleaning delicate roofing materials without causing damage.
Facade Pressure Washing: After completing the roof, the payload was quickly swapped to the standard forward-spraying system. This enabled a powerful pressure wash on the vertical facades and glass surfaces, effectively removing grime and leaving a spotless finish.

The Process in Action

The embedded video below showcases the seamless transition between cleaning the villa’s roof and its walls, all accomplished with a single drone system and a lean, efficient crew on the ground.

The Result: A New, High-Value Service Offering

The demonstration was a clear success, proving that the EAUAV Vertex C80 is far more than a simple facade cleaner. It is a complete exterior maintenance platform. The ability to offer both roof soft washing and facade pressure washing with a single, rapidly deployable system empowers our clients—professional cleaning companies—to expand their service offerings, take on more comprehensive projects, and increase their revenue per job.
