Option C combines EAUAV’s recommended Option A2 Dual-Nozzle Kit with the white Gen-2 Integrated Ground System. It is designed for facade-cleaning teams that want a more organized ground workflow than a standalone pressure washer.
The system brings the pump, water and detergent tanks, hose reel and remote functions into one mobile unit. It does not replace the DJI Matrice 400 aircraft, and it does not manufacture RO/DI water or hot water.
Option C at a Glance

Final specifications, electrical version and supplied accessories must be confirmed in the quotation.
How the System Works
The technical flow is simple:
Customer-prepared water → Option C ground system → 120 m lightweight high-pressure hose → Option A2 spray boom on DJI M400 → facade
The ground unit pressurizes the liquid and sends it through the hose. Option A2 carries two spray heads. The pilot selects the active spray head from the DJI controller, while the ground system manages its confirmed water or mixed-liquid mode.
These are two separate controls:
- Airborne selection: Which A2 spray head is active
- Ground-side selection: Which liquid is supplied through the hose
This distinction should be shown in every sales video so customers do not assume the controller independently changes the ground liquid source.
A Typical Foam-to-Rinse Workflow
- Place the white ground system in a stable, ventilated work area.
- Connect the customer-prepared water supply and approved cleaning agent.
- Route the hose reel toward the aircraft’s take-off area.
- Perform a ground pressure and leak test.
- Validate spray at low height, beginning at approximately 1.5 m from a flat test surface.
- Apply foam or mixed solution using the selected A2 spray head.
- Change the confirmed ground liquid mode for rinsing.
- Select the pressure-rinse spray head from the DJI controller.
- Complete the rinse and flush the liquid path according to the operating procedure.
The exact sequence depends on the approved chemical, surface, local runoff rules and delivered Option C configuration.
What the Customer Still Prepares
Option C is not a complete water-treatment plant. The customer is responsible for:
- Suitable incoming clean water
- RO/DI water-treatment equipment for low-mineral final rinse, when required
- Compatible hot-water preparation equipment, when required
- Approved detergent and dilution data
- Chemical SDS and surface-compatibility confirmation
- Local runoff and wastewater controls
- Local power connection and site safety arrangements
EAUAV does not currently supply a self-developed and validated RO/DI or hot-water preparation system.
Electrical Information Required Before Quotation
Because power standards vary by destination, provide:
- Country and project location
- Voltage
- Frequency
- Phase
- Plug type
- Socket/outlet type and clear photo
The electrical version must be confirmed before production and shipment. Do not rely only on the country name because industrial sites can use different supplies.
Who Should Choose Option C?
Option C is a strong fit for:
- Cleaning contractors building a repeatable foam-to-rinse service
- DJI Enterprise dealers creating an M400 cleaning demonstration package
- Integrators who want a more complete ground presentation
- Teams that prefer an integrated reel and tank workflow
- Buyers willing to confirm local power and water preparation before shipment
Option C may be unnecessary when the customer already owns a compatible professional pump and only needs the A2 airborne kit. In that case, submit the pump model, nameplate and outlet photos for engineering review.
Option B or Option C?
| Option B | Option C | |
|---|---|---|
| Airborne kit | A2 | A2 |
| Ground pump | Kärcher HD 6/15-4 M Classic | Integrated pump in white mobile unit |
| Water tank | Customer-prepared | 300 L foldable tank included in reference configuration |
| Detergent workflow | Customer configures separately | 10 L detergent tank and water/mixed-mode workflow |
| Reel integration | Separate setup | Integrated ground-unit arrangement |
| Best fit | Simple professional pump package | More organized integrated jobsite workflow |
Neither option produces RO/DI water or hot water.
Hose, Height and Battery Planning
The standard hose reference is 120 m, 5 mm internal diameter and rated to 20 MPa. Hose length is not vertical working height. For routine M400 facade planning, use below 60 m and validate the actual site progressively.
For cleaning flights, use approximately 30 minutes as the planning reference. DJI’s published 59-minute maximum was measured under its specified test conditions carrying the H30T, without the cleaning setup. Prepare three TB100 batteries rotating through flight, charging and standby.
Information Needed to Quote Option C
- Country, city and postal code
- Company and buyer type
- Whether DJI M400 is owned or available locally
- Building height, surface and project photos/video
- Required cleaning liquid and final-rinse result
- Water source and flow availability
- Voltage, frequency, phase, plug and socket
- Quantity and desired delivery date
