Why Solar Cleaning Becomes an O&M Decision
Solar cleaning is not only about appearance. It affects energy performance, maintenance planning, labor deployment, and the practicality of keeping large solar assets in a repeatable operating cycle.
Yield Protection
Soiling can reduce usable output and make energy performance less predictable. The right cleaning workflow helps protect generation value across the year.
Operational Practicality
The question is not only how to clean, but how to clean repeatedly across real site conditions, access limits, and daily scheduling constraints.
Safer Access to Difficult Areas
Rooftops, wide arrays, and hard-to-reach solar assets often create access and coordination challenges for traditional methods.
Is the Solaris C60V Right for Your Site?
The C60V is not positioned as a one-size-fits-all drone. It is typically a strong fit when you need a mobile solar cleaning workflow, clear site-to-site deployment logic, and the freedom of an onboard-tank system.

Industrial Rooftops
A strong fit for large industrial rooftop zones where hose routing is inconvenient and operators need flexible movement between roof sections.

Utility-Scale Solar Plants
Well suited to utility-scale sites that need practical daily coverage, structured cleaning cycles, and mobile deployment across multiple work zones.

Hard-to-Access Solar Assets
Useful when conventional cleaning access is slow, risky, or operationally awkward.

Rapid Deployment Scenarios
A good option for teams that want fast setup, repeatable operating logic, and a solution that can move with the work.
Why Choose the Solaris C60V
Solar buyers need more than a spray tank. They need a cleaning system that fits site conditions, workflow planning, route control, and after-sales support.
Free-Flight Onboard-Tank Workflow
The C60V carries its own water, making it practical for sites where tethered hose management is inconvenient or inefficient.
Built for Solar Site Operations
It is positioned around industrial rooftops, utility-scale solar plants, hard-to-access assets, and rapid deployment requirements.
Flexible Operating Modes
The system supports Manual mode, AB-Point mode, and fully automated route planning modes so teams can match the workflow to the site.
Selection Guide: C60V vs C80
Both are part of EAUAV’s solar cleaning system portfolio. The right choice depends on how water is delivered and how the site is operated.
- Rooftops where tethered hose routing is inconvenient.
- Utility sites benefiting from mobile block-by-block deployment.
- Workflow planned around flight cycles, refill rhythms, and battery turnaround.
- Sites where hose routing is highly practical and repetitive.
- Ground level has a stable and accessible water supply.
- Preference for continuous water feed without landing to refill.
Choose the Spray Layout That Fits Your Site
The C60V platform offers two spray layout options under the same package structure. Choose according to site clearance, panel type, and operating preference.

A 4 Downward-Swing Nozzles
This layout uses four downward-swing nozzles with a confirmed 2.5 MPa single-pump pressure and 4 pumps. It is the more compact and more conventional spray layout on the C60V platform.
B Folding Extension Rod + 2 Nozzles
This layout uses two 7.5 MPa nozzles mounted on a folding extension rod. After takeoff, the rod folds diagonally downward so the aircraft body can fly higher while keeping the nozzles approximately 1–2 m from the panel surface.
* Both spray layout options are available under the same package structure. Selection is based on site fit and operating preference.
Efficient 2-Person Workflow
Mission Setup
Select operating mode (Manual, AB-Point, or Automated Route)

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of solar sites is the Solaris C60V designed for?
- The Solaris C60V is designed primarily for industrial rooftops, utility-scale solar plants, hard-to-access solar assets, and rapid deployment scenarios where free-flight cleaning is operationally practical.
Why would a buyer choose an onboard-tank free-flight system?
- Buyers typically choose this architecture when tethered hose management is inconvenient, when fast repositioning matters, or when site access makes free-flight deployment more practical.
What makes the C60V different from a generic agricultural drone with a spray tank?
- A generic tank platform does not automatically become a solar cleaning solution. The C60V is positioned around solar site fit, operating workflow, route planning, daily output logic, onboarding, and after-sales support.
When should a buyer compare the C60V with the C80?
- The comparison becomes important when water logistics and hose routing are major decision factors. If the site has stable ground water supply and practical hose routing, the C80 may be the better operational fit.
Which spray layout should I choose?
- Buyers typically start with the 4-nozzle layout when they want a compact and more conventional default configuration. The extension-rod layout is typically preferred when higher aircraft standoff and a lower spray point are more practical for the site.
How many people are needed to operate the C60V?
- The recommended workflow is a 2-person team: one person for flight operation and route control, and one person for turnaround, refill, battery handling, and ground coordination.
What output can a team expect per flight, per hour, and per day?
- The confirmed reference figures are 200 m² per flight, 1,000 m² per hour typical, and up to 8,000 m² per day based on an 8-hour day.
How long does one flight last, and how long does charging take?
- Flight duration is 8–18 minutes, depending on operating conditions. Charging time is typically 10–15 minutes.
What does the starter deployment include?
- The starter deployment is planned around the C60V aircraft, 2 batteries, 1 charger, onboarding, and core support coverage. Final scope is confirmed at quotation stage.
What support is available after purchase?
- Confirmed support items include online onboarding and training, a dedicated engineer support group, rapid spare parts support, and a 12-month core component warranty.
What information should a buyer prepare before requesting a quote?
- Buyers should prepare site type, cleanable area, layout photos or map, panel brand and module type, water availability, soiling condition, cleaning target, and whether they want a spray layout recommendation or a C60V vs C80 recommendation.
