Production process:
1. Core assembly: The iron core is assembled by stacking laminated sheets and stacking with tight screws.
2. Winding: The copper wire is carefully wound around the core according to the specific requirements of the transformer, with insulation materials added at intervals to prevent short circuits.
3. High-voltage test: After the winding is completed, the transformer is subjected to a high-voltage test to ensure the insulation performance.

6. Painting and packaging: After painting, the transformer is properly packaged and ready for shipment.
