How to identify the oil of oil filled distribution transformers?
As an important part of power distribution equipment, S11 oil filled distribution transformers is the central hub connecting the power distribution box and power distribution equipment. Its working quality is a key part related to the normal operation of the power distribution system. Therefore, , its importance is self-evident. According to the relevant requirements in the Preventive Test Regulations for Power Equipment, the power distribution S11 oil filled distribution transformers should be subjected to a withstand voltage test when it is used for 1-3 years. If the S11 oil-immersed transformer oil fails to meet the technical requirements, it should be done as soon as possible Replace or filter. In this way, effective measures can be taken in advance when the power transmission equipment fails, and the losses caused by the power outage can be minimized. Since the operation of the S11 oil-immersed transformer requires very high oil quality, it is difficult to tell whether the S11 oil-immersed transformer oil is qualified without the withstand voltage test and simplified test. Then, how can we identify the quality of the oil? ?
After long-term practical experience, it is shown that the following two methods can identify the oil quality of S11 oil filled distribution transformers. The first is to smell. We know that each oil quality has its own characteristics, so when we smell the oil quality of S11 oil-immersed transformer, if there is no smell or a smell like gas, it means it is qualified. Otherwise, it means that the oil has deteriorated. The second is to look, when looking, we mainly observe the color of the oil and its transparency. Generally, the oil quality of the newly purchased S11 oil-immersed transformer is light yellow, and the color will become darker after opening; it is transparent when packed in a glass bottle, and has blue-violet fluorescence.
