(5) The installation position of the secondary insurance on the column and the ground changing platform shall meet the following requirements:

1) If there is an isolating switch on the secondary side, it should be installed between the isolating switch and the low-voltage insulator, or a fuse is used as the isolating switch;

2) If there is no isolating switch on the secondary side, it should be installed on the outside of the low-voltage insulator, and the insulated wire should be bridged across the insulated wires at both ends of the fuse;

(6) All high and low voltage leads on the pole and on the ground transformer should use insulated wires;
