Products Features

 

(1) The no-load loss of the amorphous alloy transformer is reduced by more than 65% compared with the S11 transformer, the no-load current is reduced by about 80%, and the annual operating cost is reduced by an average of 22.7%.

(2) The transformer has no structural loss, and the iron core adopts a three-phase four-frame five-column structure. The zero-sequence magnetic flux flows in the two side columns, and the magnetic flux does not pass through the box, so no heating structure loss occurs.

(3) The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.

(4) The low-voltage winding of the transformer adopts a copper foil coil, and the coil is a rounded rectangle.

(5) The structure of the transformer body adopts "upper support and lower support" to reduce the stress on the iron core as much as possible and ensure the electromagnetic performance of the amorphous alloy iron core.

(6) The suit of the small-capacity transformer adopts the vertical suit technology, and the suit of the large-capacity transformer adopts the horizontal suit technology, and the noise and no-load loss of the transformer are strictly controlled.

(7) The transformer box adopts a fully enclosed structure. The box is filled with silicone oil with good anti-oxidation, high temperature resistance and thermal cycle performance, and the transformer is basically in a maintenance-free state.

(8) The transformer adopts vacuum oil injection to completely eliminate the air bubbles in the coil and ensure the stability of the insulation performance.

(9) A protective cover is installed above the high and low voltage bushings of the transformer, no conductors are exposed, and cable wiring is used to achieve full insulation protection.

Installation site: no severe vibration and shock, no autumn disaster, no serious pollution, no chemical corrosive medium and dust, no explosive danger.
