Equipment point check

According to the equipment list, construction drawings and equipment technical documents, check whether the specifications and models of the oil-immersed transformer body and accessories and spare parts meet the requirements of the design drawings. Whether it is complete, whether it is lost or damaged.

The appearance inspection of the oil-immersed transformer body is free of damage and deformation, and the paint is intact and free of damage.

Secondary handling of power transformer oil type

The secondary handling of the oil-immersed transformer should be carried out by the hoisting operation and the electrician. It is better to use a car hoist, or a chain hoist.

When handling oil-immersed transformers, care should be taken to protect the porcelain bottles, and it is better to cover the high and low voltage porcelain bottles with boxes or cartons so that they are not damaged.

During the handling of the oil-immersed transformer, there should be no shock or severe vibration. When using mechanical traction, the traction force should be below the center of gravity of the oil-immersed transformer to prevent tilting. The transportation tilt angle should not exceed 15 degrees to prevent internal structure. deformed.

Before handling or loading and unloading large oil-immersed transformers, the direction of the high and low voltage sides should be checked to avoid difficulty in changing the direction during installation.

Oil cooled power transformer stable installation

The oil-immersed transformer can be directly thrown into the oil-immersed transformer room by a truck crane, or a temporary track is set up with road wood, and it is hoisted to the temporary track with three steps and a sling, and then pulled into a suitable position indoors with a sling.

When the oil-immersed transformer is in place, it should be noted that its orientation and the distance from the wall are consistent with the drawings, and the allowable error is ±25mm.

Measuring the DC resistance of the coil together with the bushing;

Check the transformation ratio of oil-immersed transformers for all taps;

Check the wiring group of the three-phase oil-immersed transformer and the polarity of the lead wire of the single-phase oil-immersed transformer;

Measuring the insulation resistance of the coil together with the bushing;

The coil together with the casing is subjected to the AC withstand voltage test.

Oil-immersed transformer inspection before power transmission

The oil-immersed transformer shall be fully inspected before the power transmission test operation, and it can be put into operation only when it is confirmed that the test operation conditions are met.

Before the oil-immersed transformer is put into trial operation, it must be checked by the quality supervision department.
