What are the forms of 3 phase transformer leakage?

3 phase transformer leakage often causes serious consequences. There are two main reasons for transformer leakage: one is latent in the design and manufacturing process of the transformer; the other is the installation and maintenance of the transformer due to improper use. The main leakage problem parts of the 3 phase transformer can often appear in the radiator interface, flat butterfly valve cap, bushing, porcelain bottle, weld seam, trachoma, flange, etc.

3 phase transformer leakage forms are generally as follows:

1. Oil welding leakage: poor welding quality, there is a virtual weld, desoldering, pinholes, welding defects such as blisters. When the transformer leaves the factory, it is covered with welding powder and paint, and the hidden dangers will be exposed after operation. In addition, the vibration of the electromagnetic environment will cause our welding to crack and cause leakage.

2. Sealing oil leakage: The reason for poor sealing. Usually, the sealing of the box edge and the box cover is sealed with oil-resistant glue sticks or rubber pads. If the joints are not handled properly, it will cause oil leakage failure. Press the two ends together. Due to the rolling during the installation process, the interface cannot be pressed firmly, cannot be sealed, and oil still leaks.

3. Flange connection oil leakage: the surface is uneven, the fastening bolts are loose, and the installation process is not correct, and the bolts are not fastened properly, resulting in oil leakage.

4. Oil leakage of iron castings: The main reason for the oil leakage problem is that the iron castings have sand holes and cracks.

5. Oil leakage from threaded bolts or pipes: Rough processing equipment, poor sealing, transformer sealing after a period of time to produce oil leakage failure.

6. Radiator oil leakage: Radiator heat pipe technology is usually made of seamed steel pipe flattened and then stamped. Oil leakage often occurs in the bendable part of the heat pipe and the welded part of the control. This is because of our country When stamping the heat dissipation pipe, the outer wall of the pipe is under tension and the inner wall is under pressure, which is caused by some residual stress.

7. Porcelain bottle and glass oil leakage: usually due to improper installation or seal failure.
