Dry Type Distribution Transformer Temperature
Temperature has a relatively large impact on dry type distribution transformer. The performance of dry-type transformers should be monitored, relevant tests should be carried out, and the temperature of dry-type transformers should be continuously paid attention to. Dry type transformer
1. Generally speaking, the temperature of dry-type transformers should be lower than 180°C.
2. When the limit operating temperature of Class A insulating material is 105°C, the maximum temperature should be less than 60K; when using Class E insulating material, the limit operating temperature is 120°C, and the maximum temperature should be less than 75K;
3. When using Class B insulating structural materials, when the limit working environment temperature is 130°C, the maximum temperature rise should be less than 80K;
4. Class C uses insulating materials. When the limit operating temperature is 220°C, the maximum temperature should be less than 150K;
5. When using insulating material F, the operating temperature limit is 155°C, and the maximum temperature should be lower than 100K;
6. When using H-level insulating structural materials, when the limit thinking working environment temperature is 180°C, the maximum temperature rise should be less than 125K.
Dry type distribution transformer temperature and the limit value of the maximum operating temperature. Only when the performance of the dry-type transformer is continuously developed, the transformer will run better.
