Dry-type transformers refer to transformers whose iron cores and windings are not immersed in insulating oil. The cooling methods are divided into natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). Under natural air cooling, the transformer can run continuously for a long time under the rated capacity. When forced air cooling, the output capacity of the transformer can be increased by 50%. It is suitable for intermittent overload operation or emergency accident overload operation; due to the large increase of load loss and impedance voltage during overload, it is in a non-economic operation state, so it should not be in continuous overload operation for a long time.

Dry-type transformer is one of the important equipment in the power supply and distribution system of industrial and mining enterprises and civil buildings. It reduces the 10⑹kV or 35kV network voltage to the 230/400V busbar voltage used by users. This type of product is suitable for AC 50 (60) Hz, three-phase maximum rated capacity 2500kVA (single-phase maximum rated capacity 833kVA, single-phase transformer is generally not recommended)

Features:

Low loss: The no-load loss of the product is more than 30% lower than that of the SCB10 product, and the load loss is more than 10% lower than that of the SCB11 product. It has excellent energy-saving effect, economical operation and maintenance-free.


Low noise: The noise level of the product is more than 10-15 decibels lower than the current professional standard JB/T10088-2016 6-220KV Transformer Sound Level.


Low partial discharge: The resin mixture adopts two technologies of foreign advanced stirring method and vacuum film degassing, so that the mixture is stirred evenly and the air bubbles in the mixture are completely eliminated. The product has only a very low partial discharge, which can be controlled below 5PC. Both high and low voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure, so that the resin insulation has both full encapsulation and inter-turn leaching. The casting body has a dense curing structure, which is flame-retardant, explosion-proof and does not pollute the environment.


Insulation materials such as glass fiber wrapped around the coil have self-extinguishing properties, and will not generate arcs due to short circuits, and the resin will not produce toxic and harmful gases under high heat.


High mechanical strength: The resin with filler makes the difference of the expansion coefficient of the casting body small, the curing shrinkage rate is small, the internal stress is small, and the hardness of the cured product is high. The prefabricated reinforcing material has a dense structure like reinforced concrete, so its mechanical strength is greater than that of pure epoxy resin, and it can withstand sudden short-circuit electrodynamic action without damage.

Applicable environment:

1.0 - 40 ( ℃ ), relative humidity 70%;

2. Altitude: no more than 2500 meters;

3. Avoid being exposed to rain, humidity, high temperature, high heat or direct sunlight. There should be a distance of not less than 40cm between its cooling vents and surrounding objects;

4. Avoid working in places with more corrosive liquids, or gases, dust, conductive fibers or metal fines;

5. Prevent work in vibration or electromagnetic interference places;

6. Avoid long-term upside-down storage and transportation, and can not be subjected to strong impact.
