Cast Resin Transformer Structure
Iron Core:
The role of dry transformer core is to form a magnetic circuit, in order to reduce eddy current loss, the core is made of thin silicon steel sheet staggered.
The surface of the silicon steel sheet is coated with insulating paint and oxidized to form an insulating layer.
The core is mainly composed of an iron core body, fasteners and insulating parts.

Winding:
The winding of the transformer is made of high strength enamelled wire. When winding, cylindrical winding is used, and the low-voltage winding is close to the core in order to insulate it from the core. The high voltage winding is concentric over the low voltage winding. According to the winding can be divided into three categories:
(1) Single-turn dry transformer has only one winding, also known as auto-dry transformer.
(2) The double-coil dry transformer has two windings.
(3) The multi-coil dry transformer has more than two windings, and the commonly used three-coil dry transformer.
Protection Enclosure:
The protection level of transformer protection case ranges from IP21 to IP54.
