Mobile Packaged Electrical Distribution Transformer Substation

Principle:

Box-type substation, also known as prefabricated substation. It is a high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage power distribution device, which are prefabricated indoor and outdoor compact power distribution equipment in a factory according to a certain wiring scheme. At the same time, it is installed in a moisture-proof, rust-proof, dust-proof, rodent-proof, fire-proof, anti-theft, heat-insulating, fully-enclosed, movable steel structure box, especially suitable for urban network construction and reconstruction. 

This product fully complies with GB/T17467-1998 "High Voltage/Low Voltage Prefabricated Substation" standard and IEC1330 standard. It is suitable for urban public power distribution, street lamp power distribution, industrial and mining enterprises, urban buildings, residential quarters, oil field terminals, hotels, parks and construction sites, etc. It can realize ring network or terminal power supply mode.

Structure:

1. High-voltage switchgear

High-voltage cabinets can use SF6 gas insulation, environmental protection gas insulation, solid insulation ring network cabinets, and atmospheric sealed air insulation ring network cabinets. The direction of the pressure relief channel of the high-voltage cabinet should be towards the cable trench.

2. transformer

It is recommended to use energy-saving and environmentally friendly, fully-sealed, oil-immersed transformers (silicon steel sheets / amorphous alloys) for the transformer form. The specific parameters should meet the requirements of GB 1094, GB/T 6451 and GB 20052.

Rated capacity 400kVA, 500kVA, 630kVA.

3. Low-voltage Power Distribution Device

If the automation terminal is configured, the internal space of the box-transformer should be sufficient to install the independent secondary cabinet of the DTU public unit.

A current and voltmeter should be installed on the low-voltage incoming line side.

When the capacity of the main busbar on the low voltage side is 400kVA, the rated current of the main busbar on the low voltage side is recommended to be 800A. When the capacity is 500kVA, the rated current of the main busbar on the low-voltage side is recommended to be 1000A. When the capacity is 630kVA, the rated current of the main busbar on the low-voltage side is recommended to be 1250A.

Use Conditions of Packaged Substations:

Altitude: ≤1000m;

Ambient temperature: -15℃~+40℃;

Relative humidity: daily average ≤95%, monthly average ≤90%;

Anti-vibration level: horizontal acceleration 0.4m/s, vertical acceleration 0.15m/s;

The installation site has no severe impact, serious pollution and chemical corrosion, no conductive dust and explosion hazards.
