How to deal with high temperature of oil-immersed transformer?
Due to the internal losses of the oil-immersed transformer, the iron loss is basically unchanged, and only the copper loss changes with the operating load. Generally speaking, if the damage of copper and the loss of iron are the same, then the high frequency oil immersed transformer will be the most economical operation state, and the temperature of the high frequency oil immersed transformer will be within the normal range. The bad contact of the switch is judged by the frequent action of the gas relay, and it is determined by the sampling, testing and measurement of the DC resistance of the winding wire. The abnormal sound inside the oil-immersed transformer and the frequent operation of the gas relay and the coil DC resistance measured by the bridge determine the short circuit between the coils. The short circuit between the coils should be handled. If it is not serious, please re-process the insulation between the coils. If it is serious, please rewind the coil. Through the analysis, the short circuit between the iron core silicon steel plates, the sound of the oil-immersed transformer, the insulation resistance of the oil-immersed transformer, the oil of the oil-immersed transformer, and the light gas effect of the air-vibration test of the oil-immersed transformer were confirmed. Oil-immersed transformers should be overhauled by short-circuiting between iron core silicon steel plates.
Identify and address oil deficiencies in oil immersed transformers. The same amount of oil-immersed transformer oil that has passed the withstand voltage test should be added to the appropriate location. When the radiator of the oil-immersed transformer is blocked, the oil-immersed transformer shall be overhauled, and the heat transfer tube of the oil discharge and the hanging core shall be carried out. The cooling cycle system maintenance and troubleshooting of oil-immersed transformers work properly. For example, in the forced oil circulation air-cooled high-frequency oil-immersed transformer, due to long-term operation, the heat exchanger is blocked by debris, the hot air discharged from the heat exchanger will not be discharged at any time, and the oil temperature will rise. Especially in hot summer, this situation is more dangerous. As a result, operators must regularly remove debris from the heat exchanger to ensure the heat is vented at the right time. The inlet and outlet of the oil transformer room are blocked and dust should be cleaned up.
