Oil Immersed Transformer Cooling Method
During the operation of the oil immersed transformer, the heat of the winding and the iron core is first transferred to the oil, and then transferred to the cooling medium through the oil. The cooling methods of oil immersed transformers can be divided into the following types. According To The Size Of The Capacity:
1. Natural oil circulation and natural cooling (oil-immersed self-cooling type)
2. Natural oil circulation air cooling (oil immersion air cooling)
3. Forced oil circulating water cooling
4. Forced oil circulation air cooling
Oil Immersed Transformer Normal Use Conditions
1. Altitude not exceeding 1000m Indoor or outdoor
2. Maximum ambient temperature +40°C Maximum daily average temperature +30°C
3. Maximum annual average temperature +20°C Minimum temperature -25°C
4. According to user requirements, transformers operating under special conditions of use can be provided
