Features
1. The coil is wound with copper wire or foil, reinforced with glass fiber, and epoxy resin is vacuum dried, degassed, and dehumidified without fillers and cast as a whole. It has high mechanical strength, short circuit resistance, and strong impact resistance.
2. The first end of the high-voltage winding and the middle tap adopt a copper embedded embedded structure, which has good rigidity, facilitates gear adjustment, and is beautiful and neat.
3. The iron core is made of high-quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with 4-degree fully inclined multi-step joints. The surface is covered with resin insulating coating, which is moisture-resistant, rust-proof and noise-reducing.
4. Elastic parts are used to clamp the iron core, clamps and coils to keep the coils in a stable and compressed state to reduce noise.
5. The transformer is designed to be self-cooling. A longitudinal ventilation channel is reserved inside the wall of the integrally cast high (low) voltage coil barrel. It can be equipped with a forced air cooling device (cooling fan). After using the forced air cooling device, the output capacity can be increased by 20 %.
6. Equipped with a temperature controller, place a platinum resistor (Pt100) in the pre-embedded hole on the top of the low-voltage coil. It monitors the temperature rise of the transformer winding, automatically starts and stops the cooling fan, and has fault alarm, over-temperature alarm and over-temperature trip functions to provide a reliable overload protection device for the dry-type transformer, thereby improving the safety of the dry-type transformer operation.
Products Structure
1. Iron core: The iron core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, with a three-level fully oblique joint structure. The core columns are bound with F-grade weft-free tape, and the surface of the iron core is encapsulated with epoxy resin to reduce no-load loss. Carrying current and iron noise, the clamps and fasteners have undergone special surface treatment, which further improves the appearance quality of the product.
2. Temperature control system and air cooling system: Use a cross-flow top-blowing cooling fan. This cooling fan has the characteristics of low noise, high wind pressure, and beautiful appearance, which enhances the overload capacity of the transformer. The temperature control adopts intelligent temperature controller, which improves the operational stability of the transformer.
3. Protective shell and outlet busbar: The protective shell further protects the transformer. The protection levels include IP20, IP23, etc. Shell materials include aluminum alloy, cold-rolled steel plate, stainless steel, etc. for users to choose from. The low-voltage outlet uses standard busbar outlet. Both side outlet and top outlet are available. Special outlet methods can also be designed for users.
