1. After the dry type transformer outdoor is purchased, immediately ask the power supply bureau to do the handover test;

2. Immediately install a moisture absorber. Transformers with a capacity of 100 kVA and above are equipped with a moisture absorber. Once the transformer is transported to the site, a moisture absorber should be installed to prevent the internal body from getting wet.

3. Monitor the silica gel in the dehumidifier. It should be replaced immediately after getting wet. The silica gel in the dehumidifier plays a certain role in absorbing moisture and protecting the transformer. After the moisture is saturated, the color of the silica gel will change, and it needs to be replaced at this time. For new dry silica gel, be sure to monitor the silica gel in the moisture absorber at all times to ensure its quality.

4. For those transformers with small capacity and no moisture absorber device, the phenomenon of moisture will appear after using for half a year or a year. At this time, it is necessary to drain the dirty oil in the pillow through the oil drain plug under the oil pillow. , and wipe it with a dry cloth and seal it well to prevent dirty oil from entering the fuel tank.

5. During the operation of the dry type transformer outdoor, it is necessary to always pay attention to the changes of oil level, oil temperature, voltage and current. Once there is any abnormality, it must be analyzed and dealt with in time.
