Epoxy Resin Dry Type Transformer Temperature Control System

A temperature display controller is set on the epoxy resin dry-type transformer to display and control the operating temperature of the transformer winding to ensure the normal service life of the transformer. Insert the temperature sensor PT 100 platinum resistance into the low-voltage winding, and after obtaining the temperature signal, perform circuit processing, and display it on the control panel cyclically. There are functions such as temperature setting, fan manual/automatic start and stop, fault, over-temperature sound signal alarm, over-temperature automatic brake, etc. Have the specified ability to prevent electromagnetic interference. The "6kv-500kv power transformer sound level" standard of JB/t 10088 does not stipulate the noise of amorphous products, but the measured value of the sound pressure level of the new products produced by the company is obviously lower than the noise requirements of the same capacity silicon steel plate products in the standard, reaching the sound level of oil-immersed transformers. The solution of the noise problem makes the popular application of amorphous dry-type transformer possible.
