The air contact surface is small, which slows down the deterioration of the oil. There is also an oil level gauge on the side of the oil pillow, which can monitor changes in oil level.

Non-enclosed oil immersed type transformers: There are mainly S8, S9, S10 and other series products, which are widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, agriculture and civil buildings.

Enclosed oil-immersed transformers: There are mainly S9, S9-M, S10-M and other series products, which are mostly used in places with many oil and chemical substances in the petroleum and chemical industries.

b. Fastening measures are adopted for the iron core and winding respectively. The fastening parts such as the height of the device and the low-voltage lead wires are equipped with self-locking anti-loosening nuts.

c. The coil and iron core are vacuum dried, and the oil-immersed transformer oil adopts the process of vacuum oil filtering and oil injection, so that the moisture inside the oil-immersed transformer is reduced to a minimum.

d. The oil tank adopts corrugated sheet, which has a breathing function to compensate for the volume change of the oil caused by the temperature change, so this product does not have an oil conservator, which obviously reduces the height of the oil-immersed transformer.

e. Since the corrugated sheet replaces the oil conservator, the oil-immersed transformer oil is isolated from the outside world, which effectively prevents the entry of oxygen and water and causes the insulation performance to decline.

f. According to the above five points of performance, it is ensured that the oil-immersed transformer does not need to be changed during normal operation, which greatly reduces the maintenance cost of the oil-immersed transformer and prolongs the service life of the oil-immersed transformer.
