The iron core is made of high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel plate, which is a 45-degree stepped full oblique joint structure. In order to improve the magnetic flux distribution at the junction and reduce the vibration energy of the iron core, the three-cut two-punch core iron angle fork cutting process and the five-step cutting laminated iron process are adopted. The high-voltage coils are wound with high-quality F-class insulated wires and international advanced insulating materials, and the large-capacity coils are equipped with cooling air passages in the axial direction.
