How to choose a package substation？

Package substation is a high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer and low-voltage power distribution device, which are prefabricated indoor and outdoor compact power distribution equipment in a factory according to a certain wiring scheme. It is suitable for mines, factories, enterprises, oil and gas fields and wind power. Power station, nowadays, there are many box-type substations on the market, how should we choose a package substation?

1. Determine the voltage level of the high-voltage incoming line of the box-type substation according to the importance of the power load of the project and the high-voltage power supply at the construction site.

2. Calculate the short-circuit current according to the short-circuit capacity, line impedance and other parameters of the power grid system where the project is located, so as to determine the power supply components.

3. Carry out load calculation and select the capacity of the transformer after considering the appropriate margin.

4. Select suitable transformer types (general oil-immersed transformers, sealed oil-immersed transformers, dry-type transformers, etc.) according to user conditions and environmental conditions.

5. Select the appropriate number of low-voltage outlet circuits according to the load conditions, determine the capacity of the low-voltage circuit breaker, and reserve appropriate backup outlet circuits.

6. When selecting the site, it should be as close as possible to the load center, reduce the length of the incoming and outgoing cables, and consider factors such as ease of access to and out of the line, ease of maintenance, and no influence on the scene environment.

7. Adopt measures to prevent flooding according to the environmental conditions of the installation.

8. Do a good job in the installation of the grounding device.
