The key to the air-filled film filling method is that the air-filled film can withstand the negative pressure inside the vacuum bag. Due to the insufficient toughness of ordinary air-filled membranes, it is easy to crack, so special air-filled membranes with strong pressure resistance and toughness must be used. In addition, due to the limitation of the external strength of the dry-type transformer (excessive vacuum will cause the external deformation), so the vacuum is drawn out by an ordinary vacuum cleaner, and the internal vacuum is not too high. This air-filled membrane can withstand the pressure of normal use. After placing the air-filled membrane, there is no need to remove the air as much. Even when packing in dry weather, after the vacuum bag is taken out of the vacuum bag, it is packed with tape to adapt to the outside, release the vacuum bag, and adjust the internal and external pressure balance to seal. With such small damage, without air convection, the dryness of the package is guaranteed.
