Transformer Parameter Variables

1. Rated power under the frequency and voltage, the characteristics of the current transformer mark the parameter variable

2. The rated voltage is the voltage agreed upon on the coil of the transformer. The transformer can work for a long time without overwhelming the output power of the temperature rise.

3. Voltage ratio "refers to the ratio of the transformer's higher voltage to the secondary voltage, and there is no difference between the no-load voltage ratio and the load voltage ratio.

4. Frequency of work: The frequency of transformer core damage and consumption is very related, so when conceived and used according to the frequency of use, that type of frequency is called frequency of work.

5. Speed "refers to the percentage of the ratio of the secondary power P2 to the primary power P1. As long as the rated power of the transformer is larger, the speed is higher. 6 No-load damage consumption” refers to the power consumption measured at higher level when the transformer secondary is on. The non-main damage is the core damage, followed by the no-load current on the copper resistance of the primary coil (copper loss), which is small.

6. No-load current When the secondary of the three-phase transformer is open, the current is still uncertain. That part of the current is called the no-load current. No-load current is composed of magnetizing current (generating magnetic flux) and iron loss current (caused by iron core damage). For a 50Hz current transformer, the no-load current is basically higher than the magnetizing current.

7. Insulation resistance privately indicate the insulation function between each coil of the transformer and between each coil and the iron core. The unevenness of the insulation resistance is related to the function of the insulating material used, the temperature unevenness and the degree of moisture.
