For oil immersed power transformer, assembly is more important. What should be paid attention to in the assembly process of common oil immersed transformers? What are the requirements?
1. Man hour quota: work contents include: unpacking inspection, body in place, body inspection, cleaning of casing, conservator and radiator, etc., oil column test, accessory assembly, sizing block and wheel stopper manufacturing and assembly, supplementary column and overall sealing test after assembly, grounding, paint repair, etc.
2. Arrangement of assembly site: the overhaul and assembly of power oil immersed transformer should be carried out in the maintenance room. If there is no maintenance room, it is necessary to choose a temporary assembly site, preferably near the foundation platform of the oil immersed transformer, so that the oil immersed power transformer can be in place, or it can be assembled locally on the foundation platform. There should be tents on the outdoor site. The temporary assembly site must be convenient for transportation, with flat roads and sufficient width. The ground should be solid, flat and dry, away from smoke windows and water towers, and the distance from nearby buildings should meet the fire prevention requirements.
3. Specify safety measures:
① Prevent personal electric shock, fall and other accidents.
② Prevent insulation from overheating.
③ Prevent fire.
④ Prevent something from falling into the fuel tank.
⑤ Prevent accessory damage.
⑥ Prevent the oil immersed transformer from overturning.
4. Technical measures formulated by transformer manufacturer:
① Protect the oil immersed transformer core from moisture.
② Ensure that all connecting parts are in good contact.
③ All parts shall be well sealed without oil leakage.
④ Ensure oil immersed transformer insulation and oil insulation.
After long-distance transportation, the oil immersed power transformer will be subject to large vibration and needs to be inspected. The inspection of the body of the oil immersed transformer is divided into the hanging core and the hanging cover. Whether the hanging core or the hanging cover, the inspection content is the same. The hanging core inspection should be completed within one working day to speed up the inspection process.
