This transformer is the last of the 500 kV main transformers in Xiongan, which marks that State Grid Hebei Electric Power Co., Ltd. has completed the supply guarantee for the first batch of 500 kV substations in Xiongan New Area.
The Xiongdong 500 kV Substation, as the first new 500 kV substation serving the Xiongan New Area, is a key node project to transport the clean energy from Zhangbei to the Xiongan New Area, and is responsible for supplying power to the Xiongan High Speed Rail Area.
The main transformer is the most critical large-scale equipment in the station. The quality of Xiongan is benchmarked from the source of the equipment. Facing the narrow and complicated road conditions in the villages near the substation, the company also actively coordinated with suppliers to hoist the main transformer to a short concave vehicle with a liftable chassis for transportation before entering the site, and finally transported the equipment to the substation station smoothly. .
